General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the win15 platform and all services operating under it. win15 is a secure and reliable online gaming platform operated for Bangladeshi players.

By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to use the win15 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only.
• You must be accessing from a country or region where online gaming is legal or unrestricted.
• You must operate the account on your own behalf and must not act on behalf of any third party.
• Opening a new account is prohibited if you already have an active account on win15.
• You are mentally competent and are using this platform of your own free will.

If any user attempts to circumvent the age requirement by providing false information, win15 reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and forfeit the balance. Protecting minors is a priority for win15.

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on win15, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may hold only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may not be returned.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

win15 may at any time request necessary documents to verify a user's identity. A copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be required for verification. If identity verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact win15 support immediately. win15 is not responsible for unauthorised activity on an account if it results from the user's own negligence.

3.4 Updating Information

If any information on your account changes (such as phone number, email, or payment method), the user must update it immediately through win15 support. The user is responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on win15 is ৳200 (across all methods). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Games can only be played after a deposit has been successfully credited to the account.

Deposit processing is generally instant, but occasional delays may occur due to technical issues with the payment method. In such cases, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Completed identity verification on the account is mandatory for withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless win15 makes alternative arrangements in exceptional circumstances. win15 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending additional verification in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All transactions on win15 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No additional platform fees are charged for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own charges.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

win15 offers new users a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount). Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳30,000 (৳2,000 × 15) in wagers before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met. Certain games may not count towards wagering — details will be stated in the specific terms of each offer.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

Each bonus offer carries its own terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. win15 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Attempting to exploit or abuse the bonus system may result in account closure and forfeiture of bonuses.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the win15 platform are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If any user attempts to exploit a technical error or software vulnerability, the relevant transaction will be voided.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Odds displayed in betting markets are variable and may change up until the event begins. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, though exceptions may be made at win15's discretion.

6.3 Live Gaming

win15 operates live casino games from various providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. If the connection is lost during a live game, the outcome will be determined according to the record on the provider's server. win15 is not responsible for internet connection issues.

6.4 Technical Issues

Games may be temporarily unavailable due to server outages, maintenance, or other technical reasons. In such situations, win15 will attempt to provide a reasonable resolution.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the win15 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Playing games with the help of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting bonuses by operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the platform.
• Collusion or organised manipulation against other users.
• Engaging in hacking, phishing, or any other cybercrime.
• Presenting yourself as a win15 employee or representative.
• Transferring or selling an account or balance to a third party.

For any of the above violations, win15 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by User

Any user may voluntarily close their account by contacting win15 support. All pending transactions must be completed and a withdrawal of the balance must be requested before submitting a closure request.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by win15

win15 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Instructions from a regulatory or legal authority.

The withdrawal process may be temporarily halted during an account suspension. win15 will communicate its decision once the investigation is complete.

Limitation of Liability

win15 strives to ensure the highest level of safe and reliable service. However, win15 is not liable in the following cases:

• Losses caused by the user's internet connection, device, or software issues.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Temporary service unavailability due to unforeseen technical outages.
• Financial losses from game outcomes, which are a normal part of the gaming process.

win15's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of the user's actual deposit relevant to the incident in question.
